Head of Controlling
Gunnar Zawistowski graduated in construction engineering and economics. He has more than 10 years of experience in various positions in controlling in national and international contexts. Before joining Kaiserwetter he was responsible for the planning and controlling of all controlling activities at an entire engineering department of Airbus Operations GmbH. Due to many interfaces with France Mr. Zawistowski also gained a wealth of international experience. He then joined the financing department for European research projects where is tasks included the development and implementation of a reporting system for EU R&T projects. Previously he had worked as Financial Controller for a company in the health industry. One focus was the build-up and implementation of standard reporting during the introduction of SAP in the company. After graduation Mr. Zawistowski started off as project engineer with an ESF research project at the University of Applied Sciences at Oldenburg and at the same time also worked as free-lance engineer for a consulting company, primarily in controlling for SMEs in the construction sector.
