Hanno Schoklitsch is a civil engineer and also earned a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Graz/Austria and Universidad de Cantabria/Spain. He has more than 15 years of experience working in various positions restructuring bank-related real estate companies, particularly in the areas of asset management, investment management, funds management and project development in Germany, Austria and Spain.

Lars Hülsmann studied Business Administration at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. He looks back at almost 25 years of business experience and joined Kaiserwetter from ACON Actienbank AG, Munich where he headed the Advisory division as the responsible Director of the Management Board. In 2011 Lars founded and ran his own company, Gulf Energy Consultants, which was focused on Corporate and Project Finance Consultancy in the field of Renewable Energies.

Martin Kornemann studied physics engineering, majoring in energy and environmental technology. He is also a certified electro-thermographer in accordance with DIN EN 473 and an industrial electronics engineer. He has more than 14 years of professional experience managing wind and solar parks. Martin specializes in technical management and thus in the operative management of wind and solar parks in Germany, France and Poland.

Philipp Lindner studied business administration (Master's Degree) at Universität Graz (Austria), UCLA (USA) and Universidad de Cantabria (Spain). He has more than 18 years of professional experience, specifically 14 years in the international business consulting environment (with PWC, IBM, Hotter & Partner) and 4 years as Director of the IT Group in the international logistics sector (JCL).

Mr. Villamizar, who joined Kaiserwetter as Americas Strategic Advisor at the end of 2016, has had experience as State Minister of Energy, Ambassador, Consultant to international energy companies and Strategic Advisor to Governments. He also has had a lengthy record as a University professor (San Diego U, Florida Atlantic U., U. of Andes of Bogota, IEB/Complutense of Madrid) and lecturer.

He served as group VP and head of strategy for Asia (with operations in 10 countries, including North and South Korea) at Lafarge in Paris, France.
